When traveling through Texas, one begins to appreciate the true diversity of this great state. Because of the persistence of some early settlers, that diversity comes bursting through in the foods we eat and, perhaps more so, in the variety and choices of the gastronomic delights available. With all the interest in food television these days, the absence of a show devoted to the food choices and celebrations we have in Texas was glaring. So Texas Food TV was created in order to highlight Texas food and all the ancillary items that make up the Texas epicurean palette.
