How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the year we can ship in a couple days. That time can stretch as we get closer to Christmas, Father's Day and other gift giving holidays. Items will usually be shipped in 10 days or less.
How will my order be shipped?
Texas Food TV will ship your order via FedEx Ground delivery service or US Postal Service Priority Mail (for orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii) If your order is being shipped via FedEx, delivery usually arrives in two or three business days (Monday through Friday).
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Need to make changes to an order?
Please e-mail our merchandising department at:
merchandise@texasfoodtv.com and describe in detail the change(s) you wish to make. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone and order number.
Returns or Exchanges
Please email us at:
return@texasfoodtv.com to receive a return authorization code (RAC). We will respond within 24 hours let you know the proper procedures to expedite your return or exchange. When shipping the merchandise back to us, please package and secure the product carefully and indicate clearly your return address. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once you receive your RAC, return item(s) and indicate if you wish to credit your charge account for the full purchase price, exchange the item(s) for another Texas Food TV product or receive a credit toward a future purchase. The RAC must be requested within 30 days of the original shipping date of your item. Texas Food TV will not accept clothing items that appear to have been worn or otherwise soiled. You must return the original packaging with the purchased item to receive an exchange or refund.
Damaged or Broken Goods
If any products from Texas Food TV arrive damaged or broken, we will replace them at no extra charge to our customers. Please email our merchandising department at:

Shipping and Sales Tax
Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax to each order. The shipping rates are listed below:
Two items or less, add $5.95 for shipping and handling.
Three items, add $7.95 for shipping and handling.
Four items, add $8.95 for shipping and handling.
For more than four items, please email us for shipping and handling fee.
